Only need 1 capsule before you eat to help with the digestion of high fructose foods. Watermelon, grapes, and mango are some foods naturally high in fructose. This works like a charm! They come on a nice metal box with a sliding lid. A lot easier to open than a child proof bottle.

Take 3 before meals and works most of the time. Do have to avoid fruits and vegetables with high fructose content.

I'm not sure if it worked or not but I broke out in hives shortly after using it. Very upset since it is expensive and I cannot return it.

It works. Would be better if combined with enzyme for sucrose like invertase since some food often come with it.

My elderly mother-in-law reports less discomfort after eating fruits. Works better for her than fructaide brand.

I’m experimenting to see how many I need to take with each particular food. I also purchased intoleran. Brand. Converting IU to mg. The dose is close; 1 intoleran. Is slightly less mg than 4 fruitade . Both have been very effective. The intoleran is a better price per serving if I need a full dose of 4. Expensive but you can’t put a price on digestive comfort. At least I can not. These have been life changing for the positive!I also suffer from life long IBD. Several food intolerances. Happy camper. Highly recommend this product.
