They work! true allergy relief
I first bought the II-R size and they were small for me. Then I ordered the III-R size and now I get a good seal around my nostrils. I tried the super breathable one and the II-R size fit me right but these ones are a little bit smaller than the super breathable counterparts.I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. I can really tell the difference while wearing these. My only complain is that these have sharp edges around the openings and they irritate your nose. The edges are specially troublesome when you pull the filters out your nose. The sharp edges will dig into your skin and cause pain. However, I trimmed the edges with a scissor and that fixed the problem.Getting the right size is extremely important and might be the difference between allergy relief or not.I'm still not sure if I should try the III-S size, depending on the dimensions they might fit me even better. The II-R size were good for me width wise but a little short length wise. I thought the III-R size would have the same width but longer length, however it is bigger both ways.It would be helpful if there is a picture with all the sizes side by side. The provided size guidelines are helpful for first time buyers but if you already experimented with a size and want to know how different the others are, there is no information to go on with. Please show a size comparison for those of us that want to get the best fit possible. I will appreciate it very muchAll in all, they work very well. I tried other designs sold on amazon and these are the best, both in price and performance. They have given me relief from dust mite allergies and prevented congestion.Pros:-Reasonably priced-Very breathable, not as much as the super breathable ones though-They just work, true allergy relief-Shipping was extremely fastCons:-Sharp edges-I'm not sure how the other sizes compare to the one I haveEven though I have complaints, this is still a solid 5 star product. There is nothing (from what I could find) that compares to these.Great product, and I trust Woody will only make them better in the future.

Upgrade is no good.
Update 3: Downgrading my review as I have not had any luck getting the redesign to work. I am reusing the old style holders and was able to find someone who still had the filter material for sale so bought several batches of that. When they are used up, I don't know what I will do. The old version of this was the best thing to ever happen for my allergies and I am so very disappointed in this product now. The old adage is true: It wasn't broken, and they shouldn't have "fixed" it.Update 2: I'm sorry to say that the updated version of this product is not working very well for me (size IIIS). The problem is that the new style filters don't fit inside the holders very well. They buckle at the middle with the retainers in, and the result is a large gap where unfiltered air pours in. My nose has been running all day with these in. If the filters were a little bit larger than the holders this might not happen. Before I give up on these I will try going one size larger with the filters. Fortunately I did buy several sets of the older version when I heard they were redesigning these. For now I will use those. Downgrading my review to three stars from five. I truly loved this product and if the larger filter doesn't work I do not know what I will do.Update: After about a week, I started thinking these were slipping around a bit too much so I ordered a size larger. Got them tonight and they are so much more comfortable. Recommend trying the next size up if you can't get comfortable in your first set.Review: I have many environmental allergies, ranging from all sorts of pollen to dog and cat dander, dust mites and alternaria mold. When I was finally allergy tested a few years ago, I lit up like a Christmas tree.I have suffered from chronic fatigue, headaches, chronic sinusitis and so forth my whole life. Almost every day I wake up feeling sluggish and disoriented, with swelling in my hands and face, sometimes finding it impossible to fully awaken or even get out of bed. I never felt like sleep was restorative, just something I never felt like I could get enough of. This was my "normal" for many years and though I was practically debilitated on some days from fatigue, no one could ever say why. After the allergy testing I recognized that I was probably "allergy-sick," but the number of allergens I react to is so large I would have to live in a bubble to avoid them all, or so I thought. I've pretty much given up on reducing environmental allergens in my home because, truthfully, there is no way I can avoid everything, so there's little point. I wore masks at home and lived with it.Then I discovered nasal filters. I've tried a couple of kinds, and these are the best so far. Bought them last week, have been using them for four and a half days, as I write this, and each day I have woken up clear, with energy, and ready for the day.The pros: Better than a face mask, because there are no gaps. I used to wear a procedure mask at night, but often I would remove it while asleep, or the gaps would allow too much air in through the sides. Unlike the Nosk filters, the Woody Knows is comfortable enough to wear all night. And I wake up clear. The flexible frame fits the form of your nose well, and the joining piece, while visible, is not obvious. Yes, I can feel that it is there, but it is not too bothersome. The cons: The filtration is very good, but you need to check these periodically. Hold them up to the light and look for gaps; you may find you have to reposition the filter foam occasionally. Also, yesterday a filter foam fell out of one side and I did not notice, so had exposure for a bit; I am not sure how long. Another problem is that they can chafe the inside of the nose a bit-- a little lotion or vaseline fixes that. I'd love for them to be a bit more comfortable, but I'm not sure how that could be accomplished. They are certainly the best of the lot so far. One other issue is the price of replacement filters. I will try to clean and reuse as much as I can, and I'll eat the cost if these continue to work, but I sure do wish they were less expensive or that a permanent nano filter could be available. The "ultra breathable" ones filter so much less, and that just won't cut it for me. Finally, blowing my nose is now a Major Production. My nose still runs sometimes, and that means I need to remove these and blow a few times a day. However, that's not horrible and I hope it will gradually abate as my allergies continue to improve. The scoop: You need to give yourself a few days with these. The systemic allergic reaction has tapered down gradually, which means that my nose was still irritated for the first few days, and I used a Neti pot (and still do) to help clear out those passages and keep them clear. I am still using the Flonase and I still take a zyrtec each day, but I feel like the combination of these things is actually accomplishing a lot, as opposed to feeling like nothing was working, as I did before. Each day seems a bit better. The big test is yet to come-- my mold allergies usually cause the worst of my symptoms, and those kick in when it's rainy. I haven't had that test yet, but I have increasing confidence in this product with each passing day.

Too big and can be difficult to breathe through
I am still trying this out to see how effective it is for my allergies, as I can no longer find the filters I used to use. The biggest issue so far is the size. Even the smallest size makes my nostrils look big. I can't even image who would be able to use the XL. The need to adjust all the sizes down, or provide and XS. Also, the are not the easiest to insert. I have to attempt it a few times before to sits comfortably. Lastly, they tried to improve the filtering ability of the material, but it can make it difficult to breathe if you have exert yourself in anyway. They are fine if you are just sitting around with a slow breathing rate.

Works well but should've gotten a different size
Wear during bike rides to dilate the nasal passage for better breathing while blocking some pollen. Works decent, but I got a medium size and it will fall out occasionally.
