Great "hard" case designed for storing one or two Samsung T5 external hard drives. Case is made from sturdy ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). Elastic strap that secures the drive inside the soft material lined case well and the mesh storage "pocket" are sewn in, not glued. Nice quality metal zipper with nylon teeth. Comes with a 5.5" long hand strap with lobster claw style clip. Drive storage well is 3" X 2.25" by 0.25" deep but can easily hold two drives stacked on top of one another. Finger indention for easy drive removal from storage well. Only minor complaint is the mesh pocket isn't large enough to store both 15" long cables that come with the external hard drive.

I bought this case to protect the drive, but maily to be able to carry the cable along easily. Given the reviews that say the cables don't fit, I was expecting to only be able to carry along one cable (after wrapping it a bit tighter). Much to my surprise, both cables fit perfectly. Maybe Samsung is now shipping shorter cables? EDIT: well, looking a bit closer I can see the case we received differs from others. Seems to be a bit longer, without the strap. So they must have changed the design a bit (or are sourcing from a different factory).

This is for the T7 Shield line of Samsung SSD, which is a little larger than the T5/T7 non-shield drives. I have a few flavors of T's - T5, 7, and Shield and the color-coding is nice, and so a coordinated case too...great. So, as these cases go, this one is perfect for me, and guessing others will find it ideal. The drive fits into a plush holder/cutout - snug but not too tight to get out easily. The other side of the clamshell case has a storage compartment which perfectly fits the two supplied cables. It just works. Unpackage it, plop the drive in, zip it, done. I've travelled with this particular case and drive. It's plenty durable and protective for packing in luggage or camera bag, etc. Zipper's been fine, all like new.

This is an excellent case for the Samsung T7 SSD Drive. The drive fits very tightly and securely inside, protecting the drive well. I own three of these: a black one for my black T7 SSD Drive a blue one for my blue T7 SSD Drive and a "beige" one for my beige T7 SSD Drive. My only complaint is that the "beige" case is absolutely not "beige" in any way. It is a silvery-gray color.

Great study case. I use it in the field on shoots and it keeps my drives safe and secure. I would highly recommend this product. Definitely well worth it.

Fits tight. Very well padded. Inside is fuzzy to help keep the equipment in place. Slight shedding from placing and removing equipment. Would buy again.

Interior and exterior are well built. There is a nice padding layer and flocked interior that makes it floor, feel, and function well. Yup! I’ve dropped it on a concrete floor and both case and drive were unfazed. My only druther is a sturdy carabiner attachment. I HIGHLY recommend! I like them so much that I use four.

Never travels without this case protecting my SSD. High quality, sturdy and reliable.

I've been using this for my T7 shield. The quality of the case is good, the drive is heald very securely in the hard foam, and it definitely feels like it will do a good job of protecting my drive if ever dropped
