Very smooth, not bitter

Coffee is superb, the foil package is sturdy and has a stout built-in "zipper" so it's resealable.

I recently switched to source mold free coffee. I can honestly say that this blend is quite nice. It's slightly stronger than I thought it would be but the flavor is very good.

Not too heavy on the caffeine. Rich, full taste and not bitter

I like a medium roast and love this flavor and how it pairs with my cream. Not too bitter, nice and smooth, a great deal for how much coffee you get, I won't have to buy more for a while!

I've been trying to find a mild, light roast coffee that was free of mold. Most of them are very expensive. I ordered a small size of the Organic Coffee, Medium Roast. The coffee was really good - mild with no bitter taste. It was just what I was looking for, so I ordered the larger size. What I received was a very bitter tasting coffee. It was not enjoyable to drink - I couldn't even finish the cup. It was so bitter, that it upset my stomach for half a day. I complained to the company, who said they would replace it, but I remain skeptical.Revision: The company sent me another package of Mexican Organic-medium roast, but it is the same. I think what happened was that, initially, I was sent a lighter coffee by mistake. I will contact the company to see if they sell any lighter roasts.
