Q: Can I play with this like an action figure? I have a friend who has these robot models that can move like a toy after he built them.

No these are delicate and yes you can build them in a way to make the arms move and the chest piece, but no these aren't action figures they are models used for Warhammer or display

No a Primaris Redemptor Dreadnought can NOT be used in a Grey Knights army. Still a cool model to build and paint though.

From what I am aware of, this can only be used in the standard Space Marine Chapters/armies.
