Helps Prevent the Droppsies
Been doing a lot of ladder work around the house fixing and replacing various things using power tools. Always afraid of dropping an expensive drill or saw from any height and needed a safety lanyard that would fit most or all of my power tools. This once fits the bill nicely. It works with my power drill, power saw, reciprocating saw, and numerous hand tools. Some hand tools (such as a crow bar) may require a little duck tape to keep the lanyard in place. Either end can be used to capture the tool or fasten to your belt (or ladder). The lanyard stretches a little but not much; when attached to my belt, it's tough to use the tool above head height, but you could use two of the lanyards if you need to do that. The lanyard material looks and feels like it will take some abuse. The clip end can be locked in place to prevent an accidental opening. I like it enough that I purchased a second one.

Good, but not the best for a chainsaw
Seems good and definitely not low quality But it is a bit short and may be too stretchy for anything more than a top handle or small battery saw.

Not top tier quality but definitely still safe to use for tool-tethering
I use this at work to attach my wrench to my belt. It has been a while now and I have no complaints. The D-clip they have on here isn't insanely good quality, I wouldn't use it for rock climbing or anything but it is definitely good enough for tool-tethering purposes. I bought it for the safety of people working under me while I'm rigging, and it feels safe enough that I didn't feel the need to replace it. The D-clip also does have a lock that is really easy to use, which is nice!

Like a short leash
Not as elastic as I thought. Definitely reminds me of a short leash...Still works well..

Works great.
I use it for my 18v Milwaukee Fuel impact. Fits around the handle while being barely noticeable. Easy enough to take off if needed. Saves it from being dropped and breaking, or worse hitting someone else in the head.

Good value for very handy tool savers!
We purchased some of these to be used on some of our more high value hand tools when being used over deep holes or at heights well above the ground. They wrap around the tools easily, and clip simply to a variety of locations that serve as an anchor. They are a must-have to keep hold of a tool in the event it slips from your hand in a critical location!
