That default size for creatine. This stuff has helped increase strength and focus. No issues with it dissolving into my protein shake post workout. No weird grit or texture. I really like the product. The only downside is it is a very fine powder and gets all over when trying to add to the bottle.

So I've heard people speak about the smell and I can concur it does have a hint of BO. However, that's when you open it. Once you stir it up a bit... No BO just the smell of greatness about to hit your body. The taste is good, definitely not the worst thing ever in my mouth and I feel good.

Seems to be working. I take one scoop a day even on my rest days and I seem to be growing muscles pretty quickly. I purchased the unflavored, and it's not great. Although I believe the product is working when I put it in water it doesn't really dissolve no matter how much I stir it. It makes it kind of unpleasant to go down and I am forced to chug it fast. *update: customer service reached out and was fantastic. I am still satisfied with the product overall I have found that almond milk is a good low carb way besides water to duck this stuff down. Recommend and will buy again
