I've been to several doctors who have all sworn I have hypothyroidism, but the tests always come back normal. After much research i found bladderwrack was used to help several issues i was having including infertility, acid reflux/ibs/gastritis, underactive thyroid, progesterone deficiency... About 3 years ago I began rapidly gaining weight regardless of diet and exercise, and I had never struggled with my weight before. I've been taking this for 2 weeks now and have noticed less hair falling out and fit into jeans 1 size smaller. It has definitely regulated my digestion and relieved a lot of bloating. I feel like I have more energy and can get through the day without needing a nap or extra coffee. I think there is a detox phase. My skin broke out really badly for a week and I had flu like symptoms for a few days. It's hard to tell how much weight I've lost because of hormonal fluctuations, but I'm fluctuating about 3-5 pounds lower than normal. Fingers crossed for continued results.
