Yummy and worth it
This is so easy to make and pretty darn good for prepackaged vegan cheese dip (or whatever you want to use it for).

Delicious and easy to make
This is so easy to prepare and delicious! I was pleasantly surprised. It is delicious on broccoli. If you prepare it according to the instructions, it can be a little watery, so I recommend playing with it depending on what you are using it for. We will definitely order again. We are newly vegan, so this was a treat.

Good cheese! Great for grilled cheese sandwiches and casseroles.

Magic Cheese is a vegan choice
The Magic Cheese powder makes into a nice creamy sauce but has very little flavor..except for something peppery. Even so, and even with the cost, I'd probably buy it again. We vegans have limited choices.

Tastes like coconut, which is gross in a cheese sauce.
Tastes like coconut. And if you don't like coconut or don't want your cheese sauce to taste like chemicals coconut, you will hate it.We were looking for a Mac and cheese alternative for our kid (with a dairy allergy), but he absolutely hates the flavor of coconut. I actually like coconut, but it was pretty gross in a cheese sauce. There are coconut-based oils out there which strip out all of the coconut flavor from the oil, maybe it costs more to do this?I'd consider trying it again if they reformulated, but I can't believe there aren't more reviews on here which aren't turned off by the flavor.

Really good. Close to the real thing
I think it's on par with a meltable cheese that's on the cheaper side. Not overly flavorful but still hits the spot when you feel like some nacho cheese and chips or something. This is coming from a lifelong cheese lover. The first batch I made was very globby but I may not have mixed it well or overheated it. It's a little slow to mix at first but just keep at it and it will eventually mix quite well. It does start crusting very quickly too when heating so I suggest microwaving for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat as desired. Stovetop would probably be best but I haven't tried that. The second time turned out great and was smooth and easy to dip. Add some salsa and mix well for a spicy addition. This has been a wonderful discovery for me as a vegan as I haven't found a good meltable vegan cheese for dipping until now! I haven't tried mac and cheese or anything else with it yet.

Strong Coconut Flavor
Was really excited about trying this, but now I’m disappointed. While the ease of use and consistency are great, it has a strong coconut flavor (Coconut Oil Powder & Coconut Milk Powder are the first 2 ingredients). In what world does coconut and cheese flavor go together?
