A most interesting Chinese very rich desert
A most interesting Chinese delicacy. I discovered this Taro "Yolk Pie" mentioned on a Netflix episode of "Boss & Me", Chinese TV Series, where the principal female love interest is eating, or reference to her eating, in about 80 percent of the scenes. So many other unusual (to us in the US) dishes and Herbs and mushrooms are either consumed on screen or mentioned. The yolk pie is best eaten warm to hot, after a short stay in the oven. Each yolk pie is 2 servings.

One case was fine. The other was moldy
Ordered two cases. One was fine and the other was very moldy inside. Two of the wrapped packages inside were not sealed and had either been punctured or opened.

I was a little bit skeptical when ordering this but wow! Outstanding dessert! So so delicious. Freshly made also!
