I was so excited when I saw they did the adult edition. This journal was above my expectations. Its beautiful made, easy to follow and it has been the best journal I have purchase. I purchase this journal a few weeks ago and have been doing the activities daily and I feel better about myself. It has help me to become a better person. I have been more calm, more empowered and happy about myself. I feel that it has given me so many tools for my daily life.I think every grown up should have this journal and take advantage of what it gives you.

The Big Life Journal covers everything regarding various mindsets and how to work on them. The journal has versions activities to work on and pages to write down what you’d like to work on for a better mindset. The Big Journal is a great gift to those in the business world on those who are working towards a positive frame of mind.

While I find your typical daily affirmation and blank journals a tad boring I was really engaged by the content in this journal.Overall, it’s very nice quality, the pages are nice and smooth, print color is quite vibrant, and there’s a lot of detail inside with the various exercises. I think this provides an abundance of opportunities to deep dive into positive affirmation and maintaining the right mindset for happiness. I initially thought the price was a bit steep for a journal, but the content and design are much better than the majority of competitors so it’s worth the price.My only knock is that I was hoping there was more content on goal setting and metrics to focus on achieving them. This more pertains to daily exercises on awareness and understanding. This is a fabulous tool that I would recommend to keep growing by all means. It’s just missing a bit of content that I would like to make it the perfect journal for ME.

I was so excited to see an adult version of the BLJ. I’ve been a big fan of this company and the kids version for years. But I’m typical parent fashion I was so focused on fostering a growth mindset for my kids that I haven’t prioritized growing one for myself. I absolutely love this adult Big Life Journal. It’s beautiful and well made. It’s also packed with bite-sized ways ti change your thinking and perspective. A great addition to my morning routine and a great way for me to apply the same tools I teach my kids to my own life. Highly recommend it!

I’ve been following big life journal for a while and decided to give this new journal a try. What a great surprise! I really love it! So beautifully and well made, nice design and amazing insights. It has been super useful to me and I’ll recommend it to all of my friends. 5 stars!
