From a flask perspective it’s kept my drink/soup warm for hours! Only downside is the width doesn’t quite fit my cars holder.

NOT LEAK PROOF
I am so disappointed by this product. It claims to be leak proof and yet on the first use I was scalded by coffee coming from either side of the “press in lid”. There is nothing leak proof about this cup. I am extremely annoyed I cannot return this or contact anyone about this as it was a waste of money that I have now lost.

Disappointed
Bought 4 of these and all arrived super quickly. The design is comfortable and it holds a good amount however the heat retention is no where near advertised. After prewarming the cup with some hot water before i add my tea If you leave the sliding drink slot open the tea stays hot about an hour and with it closed its about 2 which is disappointing- just as a comparison i have several similar design corksicle insulated mugs and the tea is still piping hot after 3 or 4 hours and stays warm for at least 12 so disappointed hydroflask couldnt compete on this occasion
