I received this item in good condition. This product works very well to make laundry very soft.

Makes clothes smell wonderful!

I use this on my pool filter, soak overnight in tub or large bucket. 1/4 calgon rest water, cleans the filter like magic, this product extends the life of pool filter about a year!

The product itself is always great. But every time we open the box, the jugs have some of the liquid product all over themselves. The lids aren't screwed on tight enough & don't get taped down well enough for transport, that's the only downside.

I love this product! Combined with my Costco Industrial Strength Laundry Detergent, my whites come out very bright. This works better than adding “So Clean” to my detergent and it’s in liquid form, not granules which means it dissolves immediately regardless of the water temperature. I only gave it 4 stars because even though each bottle was individually packaged in plastic, they both leaked into the plastic bags. When I ordered it previously, there was no leakage.

I did a couple of loads using only my detergent & 2 capfuls of Calgon for each. I’m wondering if my eyes are deceiving me….my whites and colors don’t seem to have that dingy look after washing. I see their real colors. It’s not easy to find but I’ll make sure to stock up whenever I can find it. I’m surprised that with the Florida water being so horribly hard this isn’t in every supermarket.

I've used Calgon for years as a water softener, it really helps with cleaning and preventing build up in fabric fibres of detergent byproducts that tend to make items dull and scratchy.

This is the best product when you have hard water, cleaner laundry.

Two bottles arrived leaking. If the shipper had put security tape around the bottle necks, this likely would not have happened. The product is a “must-have” in my house; I wish Reckitt would bring the EU powder version to Canada.
