I've been using this back brace for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed with how effective it is at supporting my posture, especially while working long hours at the computer. Very well-made and comfortable, definitely keeps you conscious of maintaining good posture and IMO builds muscle memory to do so when you don't have it on. I wear a medium in a women's tee and the smaller size fits just right. I only wear it for a few hours a couple of days a week, but it's improved my posture. I also feel like one of the Avengers wearing it :)

The brace is adjustable by three straps on each side. It is good but I wish it pulled back the shoulders more. The support towards the neck is not there. Maybe if it was taller on the back. It works great for the middle of my spine. The brace is a good reminder to stand up straighter. I got medium 5’4” 150 pounds.

Just got this product. My back has been in pain for a week. Well, more pain than usual. I chose this product because A) it’s wide across the stomach as well as the back, and I have a sensitive stomach with things that are narrow and tight.B) it came in skin tone, and I can easily wear it under clothes without it showing much if at all.Once I figured out I had it on backwards, I was able to do all the adjustments to fit me properly and it seems to be giving me some relief. I DO wish they made this longer. It seems like they all just go to the waste. But, I’ll take what I can get for now.I will update later on how well it works. Also, some other product reviews mentioned the arm straps hurting. These seem to be really pliable and soft.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked to have the features I wanted. Never had one of these before. It’s not too easy to adjust once on. The posture straps didn’t help me. Just shut off my circulation and caused the entire thing to slide up.Pain relief:Once on and adjusted correctly, I did get a good amount of lower back pain relief. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain for a while, and this back brace has been a game-changer. It gives just the right amount of support without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. This is my third back brace ordered from Amazon. The other two cost about $10 less, but the shoulder straps cut into my armpits and were very uncomfortable, so those will be returned. This Fit Geno brace is surprisingly much better: The shoulder straps are less of a problem, and there are two individual adjustments on each side, instead of just one. Also there are four sturdy vertical support bars built into the back panel for extra support. And this is also available in the colors grey and beige instead of just standard black. This back brace is defintely a 'keeper' !

This brace really helps my lower and upper back I’ve tried others but this on is worth it and not overpriced the only thing I’ve had problems with is the shoulder bands keep falling down so I took a peace of mental banding strap bent the ends so it pulls the strap together and it works a hole lot better and feels better on my upper back
