Not the same as the originals
I have bought these over the years and the first version of these earrings were a finer wire hoop. They are now thicker and cheaper looking gold finish. I'm glad I have three pair of the original, but if I didn't know better I'd still like this hoop earring. It happens when manufacturers have a popular item, they run out, order more to be made in China, and the differences appear from year to year.
