Amazing stuff!
Stopped my hot flashes in 24 hours. They were literally every 10 minutes day and night. Worked when isoflavones and other yam cream did nothing. Feels like a miracle!

Great for Hot flushes
This cream has completely stopped my hot flushes & all other menopause symptoms. I've only been using it three weeks, but it had an almost instant effect. The cream is thick & you only need a tiny amount. Would definitely recommend.

NOT SURE
First of all I would say Napiers Yam Cream is a fabulous product and has really helped me with my menopause symptoms.I've been buying this product direct from the Napiers website for around a year. I then noticed they were selling on Amazon on subscription at a lower price. I usually get the 60ml as the100ml is always out of stock on the website. So jumped on getting the 100ml. However I found this to be a much runnier consistency than what I have had previously. It is usually quite a rich and thicker cream when I've purchased direct from their own website.Maybe I'm just being sceptical, all I can do try it and see if it works....fingers crossed !!

Amazing product
I was suffering with perimenopausal bleeding - like flooding - for months! I was put on medical tablet to stop the bleeding, which it did for a while, but I really don’t like taking tablets and had heard wild yam cream is a good all rounder.Well.. it almost instantly stopped the bleeding- I was amazed. I use it twice daily as a face cream and my skin looks great. I love the thickness of the cream, it’s like it fills in the wrinkles!I do still occasionally bleed and when I do, I take the tablets for around three days to control it then carry on with just the cream. It seems to work!

No tamper proof seal
Sadly they are still being sent out unsealed and with product missing. I ordered because no recent reviews showed this issue was still occuring. I received a refund but i would have preferred to have received a legitimate sealed product.Update- i ordered another one, this time the scented and this too has been sent with no sealUpdate 2- napiers confirmed they are no longer putting hygiene seals on this product so i will be buying from another brand. I’d rather spend my money with a company who puts customer safety first.
