We installed on a gate post and it goes more than 200 feet. Would definitely recommend.

After using the unit for a few months, I had some issues come up that concerned me. However, the units were still fully functional. I contacted the company and they offered a full refund. I didn’t even have to return the unit. This company is outstanding. I will do business with him again.After a short email exchange with ith Wuloo, I have received a new outdoor unit. Following Their written instructions on how to pair the new unit with my indoor unit, all is working perfectly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Their customer service is the best I have had. They corrected the issue immediately. I could not ask for more.Below is my first review which is no longer valid.Worked fine for a few days and then the outdoor unit stop communicating with the indoor unit. I did the troubleshooting as directed in the owners manual and repaired the outdoor unit to the indoor units. Worked fine for a day stop working. That is the pattern day after day. Very frustrating.I have just contacted this company and they seem very responsive and taking care of this problem. I will update in a few days.

--Edit-- Wuloo customer service sent me a replacement. It resolved the issue at this time. Customer service communication was excellent in class. They stood behind their product. Hopefully it lasts this time.Original review:My order arrived on Jan 6, 2022. Installation and set up in our business went really well. It was working fine for 5 months and then just died. We have checked battery and made sure they were charged. We swapped indoor outdoor battery to see if that would help, and it did not. Speaker sounds distorted and it just wont communicate anymore. :( I don't recommend it. But if you insist in getting it, get the protection policy. Currently in talks with Wuloo regarding the dead unit. I'll update later with the outcome.

This unit works great, I tried it up to .5km through trees and the signal was perfect and sound was clear from both units, also tried it in my shop which is 600mtr away and metal covered, worked great even better than my cell signal, being honest I really didn't expect this to work more than 200ft, and was really suprised how well this works. Not sure how water proof outside unit is only been up and running 2 days at my gate which is 500ft away, time will tell. Will be buying another set for my other acreage. ** CAUTION ** DO NOT put a bigger screw in outside unit when fitting it in its cover/mount as it will pierce the battery, Max length 1cm. Oh also would be nice if it was 10 or 12 channel instead of 3, could be a problem in towns or heavy built up area's with false calls. Hope this helps.
