I really like this brand overall and trust them for supplements, so I gave this omega-3 a try. Unfortunately, it gave me “oceany” burps, which just wasn’t my favorite. That said, the quality itself seems solid, and the formulation may work well for others. If you’re sensitive to fishy aftertaste, this is something to be aware of. I’d still recommend the brand, even though this particular product wasn’t the right fit for me.

One of the most important things to consider when choosing an Omega-3 supplement is its absorption by the body, and research indicates that Free Fatty Acid (FFA) is the best form of DHA and EPA for highest absorption compared to standard Ethyl Ester fish oil. The capsules are in crystallized form rather than liquid so you don't have to worry about rancid or degraded oil. The capsules themselves smell and taste a little fishy, but they do not produce any fish burps after swallowing. Its my first time trying this form of Omega-3, as I've never seen this type available before, but so far, so good.

I know these are omega-3 pills but man they really have a fishy taste/smell and can be hard to swallow first thing in the morning.
