My mum has sleep apnea and this item really good for sleeping

I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either, here's why… The thickness of the pillow is different from the pictures. Especially the small lumbar pillow. I expected it to be more puffy and a little bit firm, but It’s not. Which is kind of disappointing. The material is soft and it would be more comfy if I didn’t have acute lower back pain. Also, I wish the pillows were connected together with a strap, it would help with staying in place during the night. Anyway, let’s come to the pictures. By the look of it, I would say the second picture is more accurate of how the pillows look like. The first picture is somewhat misleading. To sum it up, I don’t think I will return the pillows and I will continue using them despite the negatives.

This is horrible quality and not worth the price. Not comfortable at all and made with very cheap material.
