Will this fit around an 8ft rectangular table?

A standard 8 ft table is 30" wide and 96" long (obviously). These skirts are 14' long, or 168". So they will cover the front three sides of an 8' table, leaving the back open completely. On a 6' table they leave a 3' gap on the back side.

How do the skirts stick to the table? Do it have a sticky back?

Yes, you peel off a plastic strip on the top edge (like a FedEx envelope), and it sticks to the edge of the table. Or, in our case, we got the striped roll of table cloth, and it sticks to that.

this says it is a 4 pack does that mean each skirt is 14' long or is the total of all 4 skirts put together 14' long?

Each skirt is 14’ long. Total of 4 skirt Each skirt can cover a rectangle table of 6 foot long table with small empty space to put stuff under the table. The rest of skirt with cover 6 foot table along all 4 side.
