No, the gears slip when under high torque or climbing on a steep grade. I'm returning this cassette.

Yes. Everything necessary to mount it (except the mounting tool)

Q: My current cassette is a Shimano 105 11-32T, would this be a drop-in replacement? It's for use with a direct drive trainer.

Shimano 105 has 11 cogs where's Tiagra has 10. Don't think it will work.
