bouncy and soft and u get this weird unstable feeling

I tired the black ones that do not contour to the feet and have that red rubber tube in middle (a common one that pops up when you search for lifts on Amazon) I used them for a while but I realized I needed something more comfortable. This one is very comfortable, I just started using but I am concerned about how quickly they will wear out due to how soft they are and that I will overtime compress them too much. But for now I am very happy

Fits well in nike air force one, vapormax, and air max. Dosent fit well in yeezys or addidas nmd. Any shoe where there is no support at the base of the heel it will move around in. It needs a base on the heel to push up against. I got the one inch.

A little too high in my opinion. Heel kept coming out of my shoe. Works well in boots though.

After 1 week of use the sole covering came out and the sole got pressed in so the height advantage has gone.

So I’ve bought a few of these in the past and usually they feel like you’re wearing high heels or you’re about to slip off your heel. These don’t feel like that at all they feel completely normal also and the first night I wore them out I had a girl approached me at the bar. True story
