These are great tasting high quality snacks. They are a good size to fill you up and very fresh and a good value since jerky is expensive most of the time and these are bigger per sausage than a piece of jerky. They have a good texture also. Duke's makes quality products.

Great flavor and good snack

I usually love anything that is lime flavored but these I really wasn't a fan of. The freshness was there and the texture was as usual but I couldnt get used to the taste of them. I love Duke's just not these ones.

really tasty

Received a bag of the chorizo and lime sausages FULL of mold today, April 8 2022. Expiration date is January 9 2023. Amazon was easy on the refund, thankfully, but I do wonder why they allow Duke's to continue to sell their products on their platform when it's clear they have an issue.I have bought Duke's sausages before-- I guess I was one of the lucky ones, as I never had the mold issue until now. However, now I will never be able to give them another chance because this package FULL of NASTY mold has completely put me off Duke's products. Some things you can't unsee, and that is one of them.No way I'm opening that moldy package, but I don't see or feel a silica gel packet like is in other sausage and jerky products. Is this the problem? If it is, how very sad that Duke's hasn't rectified this by now.

to me it had a taste of chili. I do wish it had more of the lime flavor present but I keep eating them regardless. you can easily each the whole bag in a few hours...trust me.

Not too bad but not good either. They sort of have a strange flavor and can't really taste lime in it. Also a little pricey.
