Love this stuff! The patches, roll on or crwam atr all equally effective with easing pain. It is expensive when compared to some others but it is worth it. The cream isnt greasy and rubs in well.

They work. No pain in my shoulder at night using these patches.

For whatever muscle, ligament ache and pain, this is my go to for relief. I’ve used these for back, hip pain, knee and neck pain, etc. so easy to apply and remove. I find the relief to be long lasting. While the regular Biofreeze patch is good, I like the lavender Biofreeze patch that’s included in this kit. I use that one at night, the menthol is not strong as the lavender works with it to give an aromatherapy, relaxing scent. Wish they sold the lavender menthol patches separately, but this pack is the only way I can buy both of the scents.They adhere pretty well but sometimes will roll off/come off if on an area that rubs such as a pant leg. I sometimes don’t use the full size patch and cut it in half. No need to get goop on your hands, massaging creams on body, just open package, peel adhesive off and slap on body part that needs pain relief.Recently had total knee replacement surgery and these patches were so effective to relieve nerve pain around and behind the knee as i am recuperating. They are helpful too with any lingering pain at night or after exercise therapy.

Patches stay in place without any peeling. Works fairly well, but the liquid works better. Patches last longer but don’t feel as effective.

I used the overnight patch after I hurt my shoulder paddle boarding & it was great. The adhesive stuck to me well (and I move A LOT in my sleep, per my bf) & it alleviated some soreness I was experiencing. Plus, it was covered with my HSA!!! Will use again… just hopefully not anytime soon lol

I forget that I am in my 60s when I garden. The next morning I am paralyzed. These were recommended to me by a massage therapist. THEY WORK! I use them when I get a knot in my upper shoulder from being on the computer. They also have many different forms of this product. Next to these I love the roll on. It’s great for when I strain my neck and hamstrings from gardening.

The cooling effect does last long. The smell isn’t overpowering. It does relieve pain but only for a hour or two.

Love this for my sore knees. Look, it's not a cure but it effectively relieves some pain. I learned about this while getting physical therapy and had to get some. I use the roll on and in a couple mins it dries with no stickiness. It's worth every penny to me.
