Amazing and very easy to setup. I would say straightforward with minimum effort I would like that the company comes up with the switch itself to be wifi capable

The only problem it was hard to figure to to connect to Alexa. But then it works well. To update it stopped working after a while I got another one I hope it won't stop working.

This product is great and does exactly what it sets out to do! And opens a whole new world of possibilities for my home. For the negative comments, I feel that there is a misunderstanding on the expectations from this product. If You want this to work remotely, it needs a hub. It's very clear. As for Bluetooth issues I can't really comment as I use exclusively with Alexa and a hub and it works fine. Thumbs up for the product and more importantly the support. I have old central ac units that I could not put a smart thermostat on.. with this now I can make routines to turn on and off remotely with some routines etc in my vacation home when I'm away and it reaches a certain temperature(different sensor) for example. Overall one of the best gadgets out there. You just need to know what you're getting .
