The pedal is made by a small company of dedicated people and that feels nice to be apart of. There’s some difficulty connecting to Wi Fi and the pedal needs an update in order to function.Place it next to your wi fi source put it in the network and you’ll be off to the races.Its easy to learn and config, but you will need to practice to get the hang of the buttons.Timing is spot on via midi.No delay or poor phasing between playback with recorded material.Audio quality is aces. 1:1 reproduction.Quantize is to bar lines only at the moment but the workaround is reducing your time signature to 2 beats per bar or 1 beat per bar for quarter or half note recording and polyrhythms.There’s firmware updates all the time, investing in the cost of the pedal is investing in the growth of the company.Compared to looperlative, rc 505 (I have both) the interface, timing and the ease of use make Aeros pedal ideal for live use.Shipping was fantastic free and surprisingly quick.Ordered on 23rd and arrived by the 24th. I am happy with my purchase. I love the fact you can download different drum tracks from various popular bands. 24 bit studio sound is awesome too. I have made my first recording. It was pretty easy figuring things out. I had a little trouble syncing up the Beat Buddy to the Aeros loop Station. I had to enable "Syncing on all the time" on the beat buddy. Now everything is fine. Looking forward to creating new loops. Highly recommend both the Beat Buddy and Aeros Loop Station.

I waited years to justify the expense of this looper and finally bought it. I like SingularSound. I bought the best Buddy and it is an amazing device.This looper is really well done and the updates make it better every time.I unfortunately will have to return it and spend multiple hours (again) looking for something as good as this one but that works with headphones.I play mainly in headphones and this only works if you have a preamp for your headphone's which I don’t and would not like to have one more thing to plug in etc. Not at this price rangeAside from that, this is a great item. Good company.

Regretfully it is appropriate that I share my recent experience with my Aeros. I purchased the Aeros and did not use it much due to time constraints. Now retired I tried to use the Aeros and found that it will not boot up correctly and displays a strange image on the screen instead of the normal menu.When Singular Sound Support was contacted their response was "the device is defective and is not repairable, and because the 2-year warranty period has expired my only option is to purchase a new Aeros.After several email exchanges Singular Sound did off me a 30% discount to purchase a new Aeros; however, the discount code provided does not work. I have been exchanging daily emails with Support but the process is limited to one (1) email per day.For example, I send an email to Singular Sounds Support in the morning and have to wait until the next day to get a response. Then, I send my response to Support and have to wait until the next day to receive the next response.So far, 14 days of emails have been exchanged and the problem has not been resolved. Singular Sound will not stand behind their product beyond the warranty period even though the Aeros totally failed and cannot be repaired.Even though I am willing to purchase a new Aeros I cannot get the discount code to work online and have been trying for several days to resolve the issue with Singular Sound.I probably should give up on the Aeros and purchase a different looper but I want to try to try another Aeros since I would like to integrate the BeatBuddy with it.

This thing is supposed to be streamlined, only problem is there are too few buttons to really use it efficiently. Also the buttons sounds like hedge shears so if you have a mic near it you constantly pick up the switch noise when you press them. There are also section limitations so you can't let it run too long. Also you can't import mp3 backing tracks. It's might be better with their proprietary beat buddy and six button switch, but now you're look at $1500 for three pedals, just buy a macbook at that point.

As a busker I need dynamics. My TC Ditto X4 was fine for two-track tricks and loop FX, yet sets got repetitive. Aeros lets me build real arrangements with multiple sections and a touch mixer for mute and solo so I can tease a breakdown then slam the hook back in. Tips went up because the song breathes.
