I laughed til it hurt so bad! I can't get over poor ole Tony in his track suit. It is probably the funniest book I have ever read. Its extremely well written and great story line. Julian Clary is a genius!

This is my 8 year old son's favorite book.

This is a boring book. It is bizarre. The things that happen are silly. Oh, your tail is showing. And the weird neighbor. Not to mention how you get the human identities. I was very disappointed. It is an easy read. I see how it was written for six grader reading below grade level. Check out Jenni Nemo.

Bought for my children but loved reading it with them. Great story and great jokes all the way through to keep the interest of the most reluctant reader.

I bought this because I saw so many good reviews and I am not disappointed. Lovely, very funny book that is written for the early elementary set. The characters and humour remind me of Roald Dahl's work. I look forward to using this as a read-aloud in my classroom.

I bought his for my 5 year old to read after seeing a 9 year old reading it in the waiting room. I asked said 9yo and she said it was really funny. My daughter loves jokes and she likes that every chapter or so, the characters tell a joke or 2. Enjoying the story. She reads a chapter to me every bedtime. Interesting plot line and I'm not sure how he's managed to write so many books about this one family, but if she wants the next one, we'll see!

It's funny but hard for the kids to read aloud. But indeed is a funny story. Definitely a book to read with your grade 4 kiddo.
