Not 100% sure but if there is not a 18 I would think a Women's Small 3-5

I bought these for my daughter who wears a woman’s small in women’s underwear. I took a gamble and they fit her. I don’t know her measurements off hand.

Can you ship me the underwear with the lama print? I know you send whatever you want and it’s random but the lama print is so much softer
