The customer service is wonderful. For a while it seemed that the package had been lost. After contacting Terre, they suggested I wait a few more days, but that they would send me a new one if needed. Sure enough, the package came-my apartment got things a little mixed up. Sounds great, not hard to play.

Wonderful instrument at a great price.
I got the didgeridoo for my daughter. She is pleased with it and could play it pretty much immediately as she says it plays very similarly to her trumpet. Upon opening it I was impressed with the amount of precautions in the packaging for shipping, it was contained in multiple layers of boxes and bubble wrap. The burned designs add to the aesthetic of it quite a bit as well.

Got this for my teenage son who likes to learn different instruments for fun. It was made well, sounds good and we liked that you could order a bag to go with it if you wanted.
