Toy was a hit!
My nephew is 5 and he went absolutely nuts over this toy.

Sticks so that it does not transform without breaking
I am not happy with this transformer. A piece pops out do that it won’t transform from robot to dragon smoothly or at all. I have to try to get all the pieces aligned again to transform it. Not very well made. The night-watch Optimus seems much higher quality. Maybe I just got s faulty one. My son loves it but is disappointed in not being able to transform him himself. He is supposed to be easy!

Good toy but....
It's a good toy but you do have to understand how to work it. It transforms easily IF all the little parts are in place. They tend to slip out of place and the transformer will get stuck mid transformation. If the child forces it it will break. Thank goodness we realized this early. Our 4 year old now recognizes this and brings it do get adjusted. It's somewhat annoying that this happens but it's A LOT of moving parts on this one. If you can get over that flaw it is really an amazing toy. Comes with 2 additional dragons and shield/wings. I think it's still worth it. Son is really happy with it.

Holding up well to 4 yr old
This was a toy my 4 yr old wanted. Turns out to be a great toy. Just the right amount of difficulty and playability.

Dont waste your $$
We've had two of these. This was the second one we bought after our sons broke very quickly. We thought the first one was just a fluke but its not. If your child is going to be switching back and forth which is the entire reason for a "transformer" the toy won't last long. The joint that move the legs are cheap and get stuck/break easily

Toddler loves
My toddler loves this toy. He runs around the house, fighting crime with his robot. Well made, haven't had an issue with it falling apart. It does have detachable pieces (FYI to those with a toddler and an infant). I just hid the detachable pieces after he forgot about them.

Good price and size
My little guy loves this. Been asking for a bumblebee transformer for months, but we dont like spending crazy money on cheap toys. He agreed to trade in all his Halloween candy for this (switch witch). This rescue bot isnt as sturdy as the other one he has. Plastic is much lighter weight. But he adores it and it was the right price range ($16) and size.

Surviving at the hands of a busy 4yr old boy. Easy to ‘transform’ and robust compared to other ‘transformer’ products we’ve purchased in the past.
