Very similar to the other popular brand, but with a little extra for your immune system. Perfect size packets for a large drink of water and the lemon lime is the best flavor on a hot day for hydration. I found out about these from someone doing research on hydration that would not require getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. This worked well for them for that purpose, and for mine do not have to find a restroom out and about when trying to stay hydrated.

Better than Liquid IV. I said it! Looks like an “off brand” so looks deceiving but these are the bomb! 1000mg of Vitamin C! That’s incredible for an electrolyte drink!!!
