My husband will be 90 shortly and is in excellent health. He has used these vitamins for several years and I assume that they have been helpful in "getting him here."

Maybe it’s just me, but every time I took this vitamin, it upset my stomach. I tried it with and without food and with and without my other vitamins.

This is the only vitamin my husband will take. Surprisingly, he forgot to say he needed more until he wa almost out. That's the very reason I was so happy with the rapid delivery by the seller.

I’ve been taking a multi vitamin for 51 years and Centrum for longer than I can remember.

Bottle is designed differently and is new, pills are minimally smaller that makes wallowing easier, ingredient are reported as used to be, well balanced.

Makes sense to me to use a gender specific supplement to help keep good health.
