Delicious, complex chili paste
After sticking to the same meal plan for several weeks and eating the same foods, I looked for some variety in flavors, and bought different kinds of hot sauces and chili pastes from different cuisines so I could mix things up.This adjika was a stand-out in terms of flavor. A little goes a long ways, and while it's got a deep, potent flavor, it is not overpowering. What stands out the most about the paste is how aromatic it is. Cracking open the jar brings a warm, inviting symphony of spices and flavors, and when you eat it, you can definitely feel several different layers of flavoring, from the bright flavor of the chili pastes, to the middle notes of Georgian spices, all the way down to the satisfying and deep smokiness that's left over.If you're ready to branch out into an amazing flavor different from the Tabascos and Srirachas you're used to, then I can't recommend this enough.

Delicious
I've really been a bit obsessed with different types of relishes and pepper spreads lately. This is the best I've tried thus far. The flavor profile is unlike anything my American palate is accustomed to. I'm looking forward to using it to elevate different dishes, an excellent condiment that I will likely keep in stock going forward. I did not find the heat to be overwhelming at all. I like that this is not a vinegar based product and there's a very refreshing flavor that I can only guess is cilantro.

Good stuff!!!
I used to go to Russia to get real Abkhazian adjika but could not do so for some time due to first Pandemic and then the war in Ukraine …I tried the Georgian adjika available on Amazon, it was not so good… It tasted like watery spagetty source.Well, this one is still not as good as the real Abkhazian… but much better then that Gorgian stuff! I put it on some roasted lamb and my mouth is happy!!!Who would think an American company could do such a good job?!

Great Georgian Adjika made in the USA!
Highly recommended adjika for those familiar with this great hot chili paste from the Republic of Georgia. I love it simply as a condiment for roasted chicken but of course you can use it how you wish. The hot variant is hot, but it won't kill you. Has a subtle smoky flavor to it, which is traditional. I recommend you buy a jar or two today!

Delicious!
I’ve purchased spices from Mariko before (and they were excellent) so I thought I’d give this chili paste a go. I was not disappointed. First of all, the seller ships *super* quickly, and the products are always well packaged. And the chili paste was amazing!! I used it as part of a marinade and as a condiment. Four days after receiving it, we’re almost out.

Totally disappointing.
Gave it a try. Disappointing. Not hot at all, I guess because real classical Abkhazian Adjika is made without sweet peppers! Chili peppers, garlic, salt, coriander and hmeli-suneli (Georgian spice mix sold on Amazon) - that’s all. Will not buy again, as I make it myself.

Between 3 and 4 stars, overall closer to 3
I usually rarely leave comments on Amazon. I want you guys to listen because I myself am from the Caucasus, from the homeland of this product. the product is far from ideal, but still quite good quality and taste. good packing. two main cons - adjika should be thicker, like a paste, but this one is too liquid. and very overpriced

Delicious!!
I was introduced to Adjika due to Universal Yums. LOL, It was part of a snack that was a corn puff that had meat and Adjika flavoring. Anyway, I was hooked and found that it was here on Amazon. It's delicious and I mix it was mayo to get a nice spicy kick that tastes good on burgers. I also used as a marinade on meats. I will definitely keep buying this paste.
