High Quality Product! FIVE STARS all the way! let me explain.... It starts with the silicone lid that stays on safely and securely and pours like a dream! No drips from the silicone lid when pouring into another mug. Also, the silicone lid is replaceable if you ever lose or damage it! Lids that fit this mug are low cost and always available for sale on Amazon. I use this mug for hot coffee in the morning and hot tea at night. Keeps the liquid super hot for at least 20 minutes and very warm for at least 1 hour. Which is more than enough time. As I said build quality is excellent. Also, I find this mug works best with the small java sok sleeve, which is also available for sale on the Amazon website all the time (see third picture). There are three sizes of the java sok... I recommend the smallest size for this mug.

Perfect coffee cup that is microwave safe. Lid fits top well. Also like the no slip grip comes with it. Although I have to admit the lid does have a bit of that newly manufactured chemical smell. Other than that it works well for making coffee or tea on the go. I think the all black design is very nice.

I have had two of these cups. They are amazing at keeping liquid hot or warm. However, there is a break in period that takes forever to prevent liquid dripping from the lid. That’s the biggest problem.

The mug itself is a decent mug. If it has adouble wall, it provides little insulating capability. The lod however is horrible. Ihas asmell and taste that I can't get rid of, even after many washings with different techniques. The taste and smell are so strong that they make me uncomfortable (sometimes nauseous). The mug functions as a basic mug but the lid is worthless, perhaps even unhealthy.

I bought this for traveling to hotels so I wouldn't waste their paper or foam cups and it paid off. I also bought a holster (for lack of a better term) to carry it on my backpack and the combo has become one of my most used travel items. Taking it on planes has given me good fresh tea that I can take with me after the flight. (Not to mention having space to cool it down if need be.) Saves money at cafés that give discounts for bringing your own cup, and I've even used it as a bowl to warm soup in the microwave with. Yes, the lid did leak at first, but after a couple of uses that went away and the seal works really well. Easy to clean too. And yes, it did fit in the hotel coffeemaker. (At least the ones I've tried it with.)

The mug is pretty but I don't think it holds the temperature for a long time (not long enough). The rubber lid is not great, I hate it. It also stains and it is hard to remove these stains. I bought it and I am lazy to return things but this product doesn't rise up to its cost. I will be looking for an alternative for sure.

Amazing easy to use, non plastic option

Mug itself is decent, keeps the heat well. The lid, silicone, is very thin and when you drink from it it's very noticable, does not fit on tight. Has not leaked yet, but the rigidity could be much better. Holds 10oz but right to the brim.
