These are great and sugar free. I believe they work. I have started to get a bit of a cold a few times and drank a packet and it went away. Taste is great. No icky chemical taste. They dissolve good in hot and cold water. REMEMBER.. only use about 4 ozs of water. Like a half a cup to dissolve these in otherwise it dilutes it too much.

Great product, sugar free but a little flavorless
I really like the Ener-C products. This flavor isn't as good as some of the others. I'm assuming because it doesn't have sugar in it. But I often add it to smoothies and other things that have flavor. I give it to my grandkids and they like it.

Taste great without the sugar
I have been taking emergen c but notice how much sugar was in it. It’s the 1st 2 ingredients! I ordered this and was very surprised by how good it taste. I like this product much better!

Sugar free, sweet and full of vitamins and minerals
I love the taste of this product. It's easy to use with water which is mostly what I drink. I mix calm magnesium in hot water, add the packet and add cold water. It tastes great sipping it slowly.
