Can’t really comment on performance yet as isn’t connected. However it’s well made, heavy quality and you even get a pair of gloves with it so it’s not marked when connecting. Nice little touch. I’m looking forward to having it connected as looks well posh.

This is a great tap and after being fitted it developed a minor fault. Contacted the company and was immediately offered a full refund or a replacement. Such a good tap I accepted the replacement and was sent a replacement within a couple of days and told not to send the other back. Great Service !!!

This is a generic Chinese made mixer tap. It is well enough made of its ilk, and comes with everything you'll need to fit it and connect it to two male 1/2" BSP fittings (preferably isolator valves). The hoses are a smaller fitting (3/8" possibly) but brass adaptors from them to 1/2" BSP are included. It has fairly small bore hoses, and the fittings inside the tap itself are small bore too, so if you're on a low pressure system, it isn't going to produce a very powerful flow. However, with this style of tap, you probably don't want it to be too powerful or you'll get wet! The connection to the basin is a complete threaded tube and nut, which I like as they're more solid than the single or double threaded stud and clamp arrangement most taps have. But, as a plumber, there's one flaw with this tap. The hot and cold feeds are mixed inside the body of the tap and not separated. Potentially, this means the cold flow could end up going back into the hot feed, which is not good, but much worse, the hot feed could contaminate the cold. In order to comply with the Water Regulations (R15.13.2), the tap therefore MUST have one-way check valves fitted on both supply pipes unless both sides are on balanced pressures. It would be nice if those were incorporated into the hoses, as you'll usually find with branded taps, but you'll have to buy them separately. And if you're on a low pressure hot system, that may be enough to stop the hot flow altogether. Hence three stars. Other than that, I'm happy to recommend it to you (but I wouldn't have one).

Nice looking product and better quality than I expected. Install was a bit fiddly as was attaching to older pipes and the adapters that come with it didn't work well, so I had to use the old fittings.

Very nice and what you get in the box I was expecting a kitchen sink! You get everything you need even some white gloves to stop your fingerprints getting all over it! It does feel solid and looks great. Easy to use and setup if you have a bit of DIY knowledge. Would definitely recommend.
