I bought this for my husband after Prostate surgery and the first one was fine..however when he tried this last one, not only did it have sharp plastic edging in places but it doesn't fit right ..it falls off repeatedly ..Seems like this one is defected..I realize this was bought months ago but wasn't needed to replace the old one until now

I have mild incontinence, more random drips or spurts of urine. Not enough for wearing a thick pad, I use the Male Drip protection cuffs usually but they are well over 60 cents each so get pricey. Bought this clamp to try because it was nearly $10 cheaper than the next cheapest one, and looks identical to it. I have just worn it a couple of days but 100% satisfied- absolutely no leakage. I take it off at night and do urinate regularly so have not had any issues with soreness or skin issues. I walked nearly 5 miles yesterday wearing it and no problems at all. Just wish they could make the latch less obtrusive since it sticks out and shows under my pants. it was already fitted with the medium size attachment, so I just put it on and felt fine. I am not happy-- I was going to buy a spare in case mine breaks, and the listing now wants $93 for shipping? Oct 9) I don't want it hand delivered by some celebrity! Last time it was free shipping. Just absurd. And I am disappointed. Guess if it does not go back to being reasonable I'll buy a Weisner one.

I suppose this particular clamp is as "Comfortable" as any other on the market. Its a nasty situation that brings me to ordering it in the first place. Messy to remove and I always feel like I'm going to pop an "O" ring when it works Seems like a kind of medieval torture device. But it does hold back the accidents until you are on the toilet. I don't think you want any photos of me using it. It doesn't really hurt wearing it but is not comfortable while it is stopping the flow.

Will not solve significant leakage issues but is useful nonetheless. With light setting (1 click) it stopped nighttime leakage (I use it every night) but with a cough or sneeze not so good. After 6 months it was leaking more. I think the silicone pads breakdown and lose some resilience. I put some Shoe Goo glue on the red plastic insert to make the bump a little bigger and is working again...for now. It would be nice if they gave or sold just the replacement pads. It is just a simple plastic clamp with pads so, of course, overpriced but not more than others.

Great. Hubby had prostrate cancer surgery. After a sugery like this. Been in mens depends. Was going thru them fast. This clamp helps hold his urine from leaking all over until he makes to bathroom. Now not using as many mens depend. So saving us money. Bought this one cause it was adjustable. Glad we did. Great item. Comes with a travel bag. Hope it holds up and doesnt break. Only been using a couple days. Well worth the money. Highly recommend. Fast shipping also.

The device is simple, just insert and squeeze. Even squeezed down to the fullest, this device just slides off. Now, it does take a little bit ~10min, but with how many hairs it grabs, it should stay on better. The plastic shell material is rigid enough, however, it does not open very wide. This does make it more difficult use. This device does like to pinch skin and pull hair. The hard plastic shell does eat into the skin.

Given my husband a much better quality of life after having his prostate removed. Waiting for another op . He says it’s comfortable . He says it doesn’t leak or hurt, he can feel the buildup after 30 minutes or so, he just goes to the bathroom . He says it’s better to sit down to relieve the clamp otherwise it might go everywhere

Found this style not comfortable, Also it came unhooked during normal use.

I found that it was very tight plus it kept slipping off. So i gave up using it and put it in the bin.
