Absolutely Brilliant !
A friend encouraged me to buy these fly traps showing me hers and all the flies inside.I bought 4 and secured them around the garden well away from the house. That's important. As the traps attract flies they need to be away from the house or if hung nearby you'll just get a house full of flies. It took about 48 hours before flies were attracted to them. Slowly at first, but as more and more flies died the traps started to stink which in turn attracted more flies.I shook the bottles several times to remix the settled powder and have added more water to those bottles where the sun has evaporated the original water. The downside is, so far, we're having trouble finding replacement powder sachets to use next time but apparently using apple cider vinegar and honey or a bit of raw meat in water will work just as well because once in the trap a fly cannot escape.I thoroughly recommend these fly traps. Look at my photographs. It's rather creepy to think that if not for these traps all those thousand of flies might have been coming into the house, driving me insane as I ran around with a fly swatter or that awful stinky fly spray.Last year I used the yellow sticky window traps but it's a devil of a job removing the glue from the glass after the trap is full, and it looks sickly seeing dead flies stuck to the windows. I'm so pleased I won't ever have to use those again. These bottle fly traps are brilliant! Whomsoever invented them needs commending. Credit to you.

Bug off and fly max best ones to buy.
Works a treat. Very few fly's come in my home. Sticks awful when walking past but defo does the job. May attract more fly's than would normally get as gets filled up quite quickly. I just add more water and give it a shake. Lasts about 3 months.

Outside use only away from humans
It certainly works, it stinks like hell, I think more suitable for keeping nasties from farm animals, rather than humans, we had to keep moving it further away, and I had bought for our kitchen, big mistake!!!!!! rather knock out aroma

Fantastic! It works
The media could not be loaded. As you can see, it works! It absolutely stinks so keep it away from any doors and windows. The flys love it and it’s gross to look at but we know it’s worth it

Have used for a few months
Have used this product for a few months inside my home as I have a pond in my garden and quit a few bushes so quite a few flys and gnats when the windows are left open. I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it didn't really work as expected. In a few months in the two jars only about 6 flys and a handful of gnats have been caught in them. I bought them as I am asthmatic and was hoping these would work so I wouldn't have to get the fly spray out but unfortunately I've had to use the spray.

It simply works.
The media could not be loaded. Saw other reviews and seen photos of the bottle half full with flies so I ordered and once I got it, we had a day or two of rain so I had to keep it in the house, until the sun was back out to activate the solution.Well as it was in the house, 1 mini fly got into the solution which was a good sign...I hung it out in the sun and it has started to really do it's job... Another rainy day today and it seems ok outside, it's not over filling with water, still the same amount with added flies from previous days. I will attach a photo of the results so far. Probably had a week and half the week has been raining but in the sun and generally dry days it works well.See mini video... It's also raining today. All in all a great fly trap... It even had a spider in there, I'm not sure if it escaped but It was in there a while.Get one these they are great. The only downside is the smell apparently, I haven't noticed much of a smell so far but it apparently smells like faeces which is basically what most flies are attracted to.

It got so many flies, so…many…flies
I was so pessimistic when buying this. But it actually worked. I ended up filling the entire container and had a brick of flies. It worked but it worked too well!

Great for outdoors
We bought this product to trap flies that came into the lounge. We had it inside for around a week, and nothing went in there. Then the wife started complaining about the smell, and yes as the days went on it smelt more and more like faeces. We then put it outside the back door on the window sill, and well, you can see the results 8n the picture! After a few days it was half as full as shown in the picture. The picture shows results after a week of being outside. Yes, it does still smell horrible, but has done an amazing job of attracting and trapping flies. We have it situated in a spot to limit the amount of flies coming in the house and it is doing a pretty good job.I don't rate it for indoor use though and if we have people coming round, will be sure to move it out of site, for the smell!
