They are sooooo good! Soft, flavorful and they are an easy way to get a little extra fiber in. So definitely a win-win. Will be buying again for sure!

The bars are smaller than I thought they would be, but they actually turned out to be a good size for when you just need a quick snack to hold you over between meals. 3-4 bites per bar. The flavor is awesome! They taste just like coffee cake.

I love these! They’re small ish and good to take on the go, but I eat them on their own. It tastes just like a cinnamon coffee cake you would get from other stores. The consistency is that of a little brownie, although I will say they aren’t always sturdy and can sometimes fall apart easily. Great value for the price since it’s a mega pack!

I LOVE these bars. For someone on a weight loss journey these have been a great addition to my meals. I mostly use them to add texture and flavor to yogurt and fruit bowls, but they are great on their own. And of course fiber is super important so an easy and delicious way to increase your intake of that!
