As I've gotten older I tend to have more UTI's. So... I was looking for something where I wouldn't have to be on antibiotics all the time. This seems to be working. I ordered it because it has cranberry in it. And cranberries are very good for our urinary tract system.So far, so good. I haven't taken it long enough to experience any long-lasting effects. But I have had noticed that my bladder seems to be more relaxed, and I don't go as often.

Of course any medication isn't going to work the same for every body, but these seem to be working for me. I've been taking them for a few months and I haven't had any more issues, and considering I haven't changed anything else I think I have these supplements to thank

Started taking these to help with recent urinary tract problems. The problem ceased almost entirely after the first dose. After a few days they were gone completely. Hoping that any other problems they will help as well. Much less urgency in the mornings is a blessing.Only took them for about a week daily. Now keeping them near got first signs of any other problems. At this point taking them 1 night in a week or 2 just to hopefully keep things in check.

I take these everyday with my vitamin regimen.Being prone to urinary tract infections, I find that taking these are easy and convenient.These are one of the best ways to keep urinary tract infections at bay.I haven’t had any urinary issues in over a year.Great quality and easy to swallow.

I didn't notice this until I got the bottle home but it contains melatonin, which is typically the supplement that people take to help them fall asleep. Why is that in here? I typically take my cranberry supplements in the morning and I definitely don't want something that makes me sleepy mixed in. I appreciate that this also has vitamins but again I just don't understand the addition of the melatonin. I've never seen that in a supplement meant to support urinary health.
