I got the idea from Instagram!
I saw a post on Amazon promoting an item like this for double the price of this one and I can imagine that one being any better than this one. Very good quality, cools off quickly when you put it in the freezer and doesn't take any time at all to heat up if you need to and keeps all of the light away from your eyes.

Heat very fast when using, i would recommend a night Panadol with it.
I tried it couple of times, it gets cold really fast and doesn’t freeze if you put it in a refrigerator. However it heat very fast when using.
