Our Earth Fare was closing for good. They had a sale on the whole store so I just happened on the "Onion Powder". I just bought one not knowing if I would like it. Well, I wish I had bought "ALL" the had left had on the shelf! Now I can only find it on Amazon! Well, at least I can still buy it! Great taste, better than onion salt! It's got a softer, smoother taste! You can taste the onion! Great in all kinds of receipes!

I hate the pre-packaged onion dip with all the preservatives and filler. I use this, along with the celery salt of the same brand, and make my own dip. It's amazing! I've sprinkled a little in my home made soups and salad dressings and am very happy with the flavor. It's robust but not overpowering. 5 stars!
