I purchased Agaro Espresso coffee machine which actually is a good product. The customer care, especially Mr Saikat, was more than helpful and courteous. He very patiently helped me set it up as well as took care of a minor problem with the machine. His efforts in resolving the problem was commendable. It’s very easy to use and delivers great results. One suggestion for the manufacturer would be to increase the height between the base and the coffee brewing filter, as currently it accommodates only coffee cups—not taller mugs.That said, I must say this is one of the best and most economical coffee machines for home use.I also really appreciated the online support. The person in charge of installation was very friendly, humble, and patient. They spent ample time guiding me through the usage steps and even covered troubleshooting tips thoroughly. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to prepare a cappuccino by myself during the demonstration without any issues.Overall, my experience with both the machine and the service has been excellent. Highly recommended!

I am a daily coffee drinker ,I love my coffee in the morning and I have to say the machine delivers perfectly ,the taste of the coffee is just perfect and the mechanism is simple the cleaning is quick and top of that the support you get from the Agaro is very good the miss/mrs Mampi provided good demo and told me things about mantaince I did not know (do not skip the demo you might get to know some things )

Initially received a machine with a leaky water tank, the replacement for which arrived the very next day. The new machine looks good, works well and is easy to use. Ms Mampi Roy helped us out with an online demo and patiently answered all our queries. She was very approachable, helpful and well informed. Thanks to Amazon and Agaro for a pleasant shopping experience and wonderful coffees to make our evenings even more enjoyable.

Bought this machine about 2 years ago and it has worked well since then. Last week however it suddenly coffee stopped flowing though the machine appeared to be working . Called the customer service and within 24 hours, Mr. Aataulla Kalium responded and through a video call guided me through the process of cleaning the blocked powder holder. Working fine again

The espresso maker was an amazing device. Makinh great coffee as promised.Edit: Had a problem with pressure building in the appliance. Contacted the Agaro customer support. They were very prompt in providing the solution. Went to great lengths to pick-up the appliance from my place, serviced it and sent it back well packed. Now its working fine as new one.
