Well packaged. Bought as an Xmas gift and arrived very quickly. It's a good size, with these licensed gifts sometimes the actual quality of the item can be lacking. Not so here! I was little hesitant as to how easy it would be clean on the inside, with all the exterior detail. However I didn't really have anything to fear!! The enamel coating is incredibly thick and the clear coat is very glossy. Cleaning is an absolute breeze!! I imagine it will last a long time so good value for money. If you love Wallace & Gromit you'll love this mug!

My son loves this mug. He has collected both this one and the gromit one. It’s not very easy to clean but I don’t think most people are buying it to use regularly. They look great displayed on a shelf.

The perfect mug for Wallace and Gromit fans, I can’t actually use the mug because I love it too much and don’t want it damaged but it sits on shelf and looks as cute as Wallace can look.

I gave my (adult) son's original to charity shop then one day he asked me where it was... amazon to the rescue. It's wellmade and he loves it.

Arrived in great condition to Australia. Took about 2 weeks(?) Gave it as a pair with the Gromit mug for my partner’s Christmas present. Best believe we both had a good laugh! He loved it. This Wallace mug is not the espresso size cup but the mug size so it matches perfectly with the Gromit mug! 😁

Je suis fan de ces personnages et celui ci est de très bonne qualité même si je ne boirais pas avec car il a rejoint ma collection ! Je l’adore ! Il est arrivé bien emballé et bien protégé ! Au top 👍

Kam zwar ziemlich schnell an aber leider war der Karton zerknautscht, bereits eingeschnitten und unten war ein Loch im Karton. Die Tasse an sich ist unbeschädigt deswegen wird der Artikel behalten aber für den Preis erwartet man ein neues, gut eingepacktes Produkt. Uncool

Beautiful build quality. Great coloring and great character adaptation to mug. Fits perfectly next to my Gromit mug.
