Expensive But Quality in the Details
Well made, well-designed, and well-engineered. I had a couple of minor issues but nothing that would keep me from buying again. I installed in a 2020 TRD Off-Road Premium 4Runner. The installation is not difficult, but it's not as easy as the online YouTubers would make you believe. First, read Rago's ". . . MSP Install Guide", and watch the Rago video. Be careful of online videos other than Rago's - they leave stuff out.Both the guide and Rago's YouTube video specify that a 10mm ratchet and a 10mm wrench are needed. Not true for my install. Neither my 10mm ratchet nor my 10mm open-end wrench would fit (see photos of open-ends). I needed a bigger wrench, and found that both 11mm and 7/16 wrenches fit well. Finally, in my install the bolts on the brackets are extremely close to the fabric ceiling cover in my 4Runner (see photo) despite my extending the bracket to its maximum length. I had to pay special attention to ensuring that the bolts are not in a position where they are likely to abrade the fabric. It does fit, but installers need to pay close attention to clearances. Finally, I celebrated my successful installation by doing a successful test of the bottle opener.

Great product, but the (seperate) shelf is very difficult to install
Sturdy, helps organize trunk, especially for roadtrips. Good to manage essential items as well as tools and misc items you don't want bouncing around your car.Good product and responsive folks reachable by phone in Texas.

Nice and sturdy. No directions included. Have to watch install video which is lacking. Poor customer service. Sent Email and called no return answer. Very very poor customer service.

Easy to install, super sturdy. I'm excited to test them out. However, I did not receive enough washers. Solid product though.

Couldn't be happier
This is my second product from this company (first was the trailer hitch guard) and I couldn't be happier. The steel is as sturdy as it gets, it's simple enough to assemble and it holds quite a lot of weight.I'm impressed.

Name Brand, expensive, but best quality.
Not that hard to install. Watched a few You Tube videos to do it, and then got right at it and installed it myself.
