So my daughter has lactose intolerance and I have used another brand of children’s lactose enzymes for a while before I found this one. The other one was so stinky, the smell was pretty bad but we just sucked it up because it worked for my daughter, even kept it in the fridge to reduce some of the stench but it still was pretty bad. Well once she was starting Kindergarten, I tried to search and see if any other children’s lactose enzymes were available, because we didn’t want her to scare off the school nurse and everyone else that got a whiff of the lactose enzyme bottle being opened.. and I found this product.. So I ordered and tested it out at home first. When first getting it, I was nervous to open the bottle. But when I opened it .. I found no stinky foul smell knocking me out! Yay! Next was to see if my daughter would like the taste, and of course also if it would work to alleviate her discomfort for when she consumes dairy. And yes and yes, she loved the taste and it worked for her, no tummy issues or aches or bloating. So this has now replaced the other stinky one. Its also a great value as its a 2 pack. So one stays with us at home and we send a bottle to school for her to take at school when she needs it as well. Now my daughter asks for it without us having to remind her to take it while shes having any dairy in her food or drinks. She loves it and can’t live without it

I'm an adult but this is my go to because of best flavor! I just use three of them.

My 5-year-old has a serious lactose issue and we had to take away his beloved Cheese and icecream. Finding options for him was extremely difficult. I read the reviews and gave this a shot. I am a believer. His stomach is no longer upset and other issues have gone away. I give him a few right before he eats and he doesn't complain about the taste. He is very happy that he can have his cheese pizza again. I also love that it doesn't stay in your system. I will purchase more as needed.
