We like that these Men's Multivitamin's contain notable amounts of RD% for important vitamins and even trace minerals that are not included in all multivitamins. It does seem as though the amounts of other antioxidants and other "added" compounds in this are in notably smaller amounts in this multivitamin compared to when they're being supplemented separately, but hopefully these ingredients are still making some positive difference. We don't know enough to understand if they might achieve some synergy through the smaller amounts of so many additional ingredients together, and we can't tell a difference. We do wish that this multivitamin included a type of folate that's more easily absorbed by the body than the folic acid it does contain though, and that also wish that a serving was just 1 tablet instead of 2 since we take additional supplements.

These are great vitamins. I have been taking them for years. I usually purchase direct from Vitamin World, but they were out of stock this time. Amazon was a little more expensive, but it was worth it to have my vitamins.

Very good multi vitamin. My doctor and chiropractor both said it was a good vitamin. Both looked at the "ingredients" and both gave it a thumbs up.
