It's intimidating and makes their jaw hurt. This soft molded piece (size medium) fit my 6'2 adult autistic son just fine and allowed him to tolerate the procedure without any resistance. Big thumbs up! Review: It really wasn’t what I expected. I guess the picture throws it off, but it wasn’t a good to me. I had to send it back.
