Well made cable, I got it to use with obd ports far under dash so I can see all the indicators lights on the dongle, for 10 bucks really a no brainer!

Well made cable
I have only needed to use it twice thus far, and it did what it was supposed to do. The cable itself feels durable in the hand and adds enough reach for my D7S to reach the front of the engine bay on any SUV. Customer service has been top notch through Xtool and if I ever lost this cable, I would not hesitate to purchase again!

High quality and long enough
I'd recommend getting this extension to preserve your OBDII device. With the extension, you can also monitor the battery voltage (on the XTOOL A30M). Sometimes, the OBD connector on the car has issues. I've seen some cases and some other damaged my scanner plug... This one is just an easy to replace accessory. Some cars have their OBD hidden very well where the OBD dongle can't be placed. This extension fixes the problem. I had made some modification (on another one I have) and pulled 12V output for USB charging my tablet while working on troubleshooting.

Quality Cable
I bought this to use with a Launch scan tool. Makes it easier to keep track of the wireless dongle. Works as it should.

Didn't need but it was not worth returning
I thought I would use these to assist in plugging in the tester I use but overall it sits mostly in the tool box.

Using it as a "loss prevention"
I recently purchased an XTool D8BT which is wireless and since I work at a dealership..I use my scan tool a lot..anyways ..as it is bluetooth and is wireless..im afraid of forgetting the OBD Dongle in the port so I decided to add this extension as a way to make it all more visible...its been working great so far..its the ideal size ..just enough to lay on the floor of the vehicle and easy to fold and put away..the price was great also. highly recommend.

Great for hard to reach ODBII ports w/my XTool A30M
I think the title/headline says it all... I have been LOVING the XTool A30M. Where I'd compared it to an XTool D9, and for me and my simple "Home Uses" the A30M BlueTooth to my iPhone or iPad is fabulous.
