Unreliable Security Locking System
I bought the three-piece set in June for a month's long visit to Australia and chose the set for its light weight and because it was the only light-weight product available at the time. I packed the 29" that I locked, using the inbuilt security-lock system, setting it with a simple pin number I've used for years. I also took the 20" as a carry on that I did not lock.On my arrival in Sydney, I found that the security lock had jammed. I tried to get help from TSA security officers at the airport but the airport was a mess and no one on duty had access to their universal security luggage key or even seemed to know where to find one.Hotel staff tried to help but I had to wait until the next morning when the hotel maintenance guy came on duty. Eventually, he had to prise the TSA lock open with a screw driver. Because I was continuously traveling, I wasn't able to address the problem until my recent return to the USA. I haven't dared lock the other bags and because of the design of the zipper-catch, it's really not possible to use a secure luggage padlock, although a small flimsy thing would probably fit, but why bother.Apart from the faulty locking system, I like everything else about the bags. They stood up well to being hauled around Australia over all sorts to terrain by motor vehicle, train and plane.I don't check-in anything of value so not being able to lock a suitcase is less important to me than the weight of the bag. I would therefore accept a replacement 29" bag instead of having to return the entire set.How would I go about getting a 29" bag to replace the damaged one I now have?If you don’t care about a secure locking system, these are nicely designed, light but sturdy bags. If secure locks are important to you, you might want to look elsewhere.

Its as light as a feather !
I love the maneuverability, so easy to roll on any surface. I can't wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Israel .

handle broke in two years
Extendable handle came off after two years, contact seller for waranty and they said it will honor the waranty, after two months of several emails exchange, the sales said it will ship me a replacement, but it stopped and I emailed them again, no reply. I guessed they do not want deal with waranty. Buyer beware, do not buy.PS: After three month, I finally received the replacement. They fullfilled their waranty promise.

Great carry-on luggage. Lots of room without being too big.
It just arrived today and this is what it looked like. I'm pleased with everything so far and am glad to see that the inside has so much space. The pocket on the side (the one where you'd plug in your portable charger) has a lot more space than I originally thought. Speaking of the charging port, I checked to see if it worked, and it does. [Be aware that the luggage does not come with a portable charger. You just connect your own portable charger to the cord attached to the suitcase, as well as use your own charging cord to actually charge your phone.] The handle is pretty long so you don't have to worry about it being so short that you have to practically squat just to roll it around. The wheels don't squeak or anything and they roll smoothly on the ground. Can't wait to use this during my future travels.

Weekend suitcase.
I really liked the smaller size of these. They are great for a weekend trip. I liked the first one so much I got a second one. So if I plan on a longer trip I can use both. They stack together. Zippers are easy to use. They have a charging port on the back and a small zippered area to put a battery bank. They also have interior straps to hold cubes in place. I used them on Amtrak trains. One under seat and the other in luggage compartment. They are made of a very nice heavy material.

VERAGE Travel Luggage 19 Inch Softside
I was searching for a spinner wheels carry on luggage. I tried various ones both from Amazon and from retail stores until I found this one. This Verage 19 inch Softside basically fits all I was looking for. Here are what I like about it:It is ultra lightweightIt holds more (plus it is expandable) than most spinner wheeled carry-on while not exceeding airline restrictionsIt appears to be good quality/craftsmanshipIts wheels have smooth movementIts adjustable handle is not that flimsy like many othersIts price is reasonable comparing to other brand name softside suitcases with TSA lockIts softside design gives the benefits of durability (won't be cracked by impacts), flexibility and convenient storage (outside compartments)I haven't got a chance to travel with it yet. Hope it will also be as durable as it appears to be.It would be perfect if its interior could have more than one zipped compartment and its exterior can be the more durable and waterproof nylon, but that probably would cancel out it reasonable price which is an important factor I like this Verage Travel Luggage 19" Softside.

Best carry on ever
Small and light weight but holds a lot. Using compression bags was able to pack 5 plus size tops, under things, 2 pants, towels, shoes and toiletries. All in the main compartment. Think you get more packing because the top is not curved like most luggage. Used on 8 different planes and it fit in the over head with room to spare. Think is will hold up for a long time and like that you can replace the wheels. Have ordered and retuned many carry on bags and this is the best. Plus it is not overly expensive. Wish they made a 19" rollaboard but can't find one.
